1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") regulate access to and use of the website, hosted under the domain names www.tdotforex.com and TheRangeIdeology.com (the "Websites"), including any subdomains or web pages that depend on them, as well as the content and services made available to users ("Users").

These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, establish the terms and conditions governing use of the Websites and the services offered by TDOTFOREX.

TDOTFOREX.com and TheRangeIdeology.com are forex trading education companies located in Ontario, Canada.

Access to and use of the Websites and affiliated services and platforms necessarily implies the User's knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Users who do not agree with these Terms and Conditions must refrain from accessing or using the Websites, services, or content.

TDOTFOREX.com and TheRangeIdeology.com have created the Websites as a way to share news, trade ideas, updates, educational materials, and information relating to the foreign exchange market and financial markets.

In order to use the Services offered on the Websites, Users must be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to enter into contracts for the Services offered.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to TDOTFOREX is accurate and truthful. Users under the age of majority who wish to purchase Services must obtain authorization from their parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

2. USE OF THE PAGE

The User agrees not to use the Websites to carry out activities contrary to applicable laws, morality, public order, or these Terms and Conditions.

The User agrees not to engage in advertising or commercial exploitation activities through the Websites by using false identities or misleading information.

The Company acts as the provider of the Websites and information services and is not responsible for content that Users may publish or transmit in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Users remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of content they submit.

The Company may interrupt access to the Websites or terminate a User's relationship with the Company if it determines that the User's use of the Websites or services is contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Website or information service at any time.

The Websites may contain areas for User participation, including forums, chats, comments, and sharing areas. Users are solely responsible for their contributions. The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove contributions that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Where appropriate, the Company may report activities that appear to constitute unlawful conduct to the relevant administrative or judicial authorities.

3. PURCHASING PROCESS AND REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS

Thinkific Payments will be the primary payment method through which Users may purchase TDOTFOREX services.

Users may use payment methods made available through Thinkific Payments, which may include debit cards, credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other supported payment methods.

Prices may be stated in either Canadian Dollars (CAD) or United States Dollars (USD), as indicated on the applicable sales or checkout page.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Digital and In-Person Courses / Accelerators

Refunds for online or in-person courses and Accelerators are only provided under the following circumstances:

The student/user did not access or attend any portion of the online course or Accelerator and requests a refund in writing by email within three business days from the date of registration, not pre-registration.

A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $100.

There will be no refunds for any online course or Accelerator once the course or Accelerator has been accessed or attended in any manner, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Basic and Premium Live Streams / Mentorship

Refunds will not be provided for subscriptions.

By becoming a subscriber, the User acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, disclaimers, and disclosures.

We do not provide credit refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions cancelled after the billing period has started for monthly or yearly subscriptions.

When a subscription is cancelled, access will generally remain active until the end of the applicable billing cycle, after which payment will be discontinued and access removed.

Refunds may be considered where a service fails to work because of technical problems attributable to TDOTFOREX. Refund requests must be submitted by email with the User's full name, email address, and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed individually.

The Company reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other considerations in appropriate circumstances, subject to applicable law.

Where a complimentary two-day trial is offered, the subscription may begin automatically following the trial period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

1-ON-1 COACHING PROGRAM — $3,000 PERFORMANCE & REFUND GUARANTEE

The following terms apply exclusively to customers who purchase the TDOTFOREX 1-on-1 Coaching Program.

This section does not modify the refund policies applicable to any other TDOTFOREX course, mentorship, subscription, Accelerator, or service.

Program Fee

The TDOTFOREX 1-on-1 Coaching Program has a total program fee of $3,000 USD.

Program Duration

The 1-on-1 Coaching Program has a duration of six (6) months beginning from the applicable program start date.

The program includes the services and features described on the applicable 1-on-1 Coaching sales or checkout page, including private coaching, applicable educational materials, trading guidance, and a maximum of one (1) private 1-on-1 coaching call per month during the six-month program period.

$3,000 Performance & Refund Guarantee

TDOTFOREX provides a conditional $3,000 Performance & Refund Guarantee to qualifying 1-on-1 Coaching Program clients.

If, after completing the full six-month coaching program, the client has not generated at least $3,000 USD in verified net trading profit during the six-month program period, the client may qualify for a full refund of the $3,000 USD program fee, subject to the requirements contained in this section.

In simple terms:

$3,000 Program Fee → Complete 6 Months → Generate Less Than $3,000 in Verified Net Trading Profit → Eligible for a Full $3,000 Refund, Subject to the Requirements Below.

Requirements for the Guarantee

To qualify for the Performance & Refund Guarantee, the client must:

  1. Complete the entire six-month coaching program.

  2. Remain enrolled and in good standing throughout the six-month program period.

  3. Actively participate in the coaching program.

  4. Make reasonable use of the coaching, educational materials, and guidance provided by TDOTFOREX.

  5. Attend the available monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls, with a maximum of one call per month.

  6. Maintain accurate and verifiable records of trading activity.

  7. Provide reasonable documentation necessary for TDOTFOREX to verify trading results.

  8. Trade during the six-month program period using an account for which trading activity and results can reasonably be verified.

  9. Complete the six-month program before submitting a refund request under this guarantee.

Definition of Net Trading Profit

For purposes of this guarantee, $3,000 USD in net trading profit means verified profit generated through actual trading activity during the six-month coaching period, taking into account applicable trading losses and identifiable trading-related costs.

TDOTFOREX may request reasonable documentation to verify the client's trading performance before approving a refund.

The client is responsible for providing sufficient documentation to establish eligibility under this guarantee.

Refund Eligibility

If the client:

TDOTFOREX will issue a full refund of the $3,000 USD program fee paid, subject to applicable law.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund Request

A refund request under this Performance & Refund Guarantee may only be submitted after completion of the full six-month coaching period.

The request must include the information and documentation reasonably necessary to verify the client's trading results and eligibility.

No Partial Performance Refunds

The Performance & Refund Guarantee is determined at the completion of the full six-month program.

No partial refund will be provided during the six-month program based on interim trading results.

Important Trading Disclaimer

The Performance & Refund Guarantee is a conditional refund guarantee and is not a guarantee that the client will make money trading.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk, and individual results will vary.

TDOTFOREX does not guarantee that any particular trading strategy, setup, account size, broker, prop firm, or trading approach will produce a specific financial result.

The guarantee is limited strictly to the refund terms described in this section.

Relationship to Other Refund Policies

Except for the specific Performance & Refund Guarantee described above, the general refund policies contained in these Terms and Conditions continue to apply.

This Performance & Refund Guarantee applies only to the TDOTFOREX 1-on-1 Coaching Program and does not create a refund guarantee for any other TDOTFOREX product or service.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

PRICING AND TAXES

The prices of each service offered are specified on the applicable Website page for each service or product.

All applicable costs will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable indirect taxes may be added or included as required by applicable law.

4. GROUP / COMMUNITY MODE OF COMMUNICATION

For community communication, TDOTFOREX may use Telegram, Discord, Zoom, and other third-party web/mobile applications.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of those third-party services.

TDOTFOREX does not control the policies, security, availability, or operation of third-party platforms.

5. LIVE CALLS

For livestreams, coaching calls, and other live sessions, TDOTFOREX may use Zoom.

Users are responsible for reviewing Zoom's applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. WEBINARS / CONFERENCES / LIVE BOOTCAMPS

TDOTFOREX may use Calendly and Zoom for the purpose of booking webinars, coaching sessions, conferences, and other sessions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of these third-party services.

7. PROTECTION OF NAVIGATION

When connecting to the Internet, Users should take reasonable precautions to protect their devices, accounts, and information.

Recommended precautions include:

  1. Use updated versions of Internet browsers.

  2. Use secure connections where available.

  3. Browse known and trusted websites.

  4. Do not accept automatic downloads or programs from untrusted sources.

  5. When using public or shared computers, ensure that passwords and login information are not saved.

A. Protection of Passwords

Passwords provided to Users are confidential and Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over their login credentials.

Users should not disclose their passwords to third parties.

For security reasons, access to services may be restricted or blocked where suspicious or repeated incorrect login attempts occur.

B. Virus Protection

Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security protections on their own devices.

Users should maintain updated antivirus and security software, avoid opening suspicious attachments, install software only from trusted sources, and take reasonable precautions against malware, spyware, and other malicious software.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The Websites and their contents, including text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color combinations, structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of content, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly authorized, Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, modify, sell, license, retransmit, or otherwise commercially exploit TDOTFOREX content.

The materials provided through TDOTFOREX services are intended for the purchasing User's personal educational use.

Sharing, copying, reselling, redistributing, recording, reproducing, or providing unauthorized access to paid educational materials, coaching materials, videos, documents, or other proprietary content is prohibited.

The Company does not guarantee that all Website content is completely accurate, current, or free from errors.

Users are responsible for their use of Website content and services.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Websites may include links to third-party services including, but not limited to:

TDOTFOREX is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security practices, or policies of third-party websites.

10. UNDER-AGE USERS

Access to and use of the Websites by unauthorized minors under 18 years of age is prohibited.

Where applicable, parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining whether services or content are appropriate for minors in their care.

Users are solely responsible for their own investment and trading decisions.

Such decisions should be based on the User's own financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs.

TDOTFOREX.com, TheRangeIdeology.com, and associated platforms, including Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and Zoom, do not accept liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon educational information, trade ideas, discussions, strategies, or other content provided through the Websites or associated services.

The $3,000 1-on-1 Performance & Refund Guarantee is a specific contractual refund provision and does not constitute a guarantee that the User will generate trading profits.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, accessing, or using a TDOTFOREX service, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including any sections specifically applicable to the service purchased.

By purchasing the TDOTFOREX 1-on-1 Coaching Program, the User specifically acknowledges and agrees to the terms governing the $3,000 Performance & Refund Guarantee, including the six-month program duration, maximum of one private coaching call per month, trading-result verification requirements, and refund eligibility requirements.

By becoming a subscriber or purchasing any TDOTFOREX service, the User acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, disclaimers, and disclosures.
